A backyard deck he built leads to a pool he installed behind my grandparent’s home which is now home to my brother and his wife and two little girls. A trampoline and some lawn games and well placed shade trees make their home perfect for a Fourth of July event, and their large circle of friends make for a great party.

I don’t see my mother’s sister, my Aunt Dianne, very often, so it was fun to see her and her husband, Lee, this time around. My favorite pic is the one where I’m literally inches from them, standing to my mother’s left. I took a number of photos of the kids on the trampoline, but am only sharing one simple dreamy one in this post.
